Diane Johnson is an enthusiastic practitioner who is passionate about integrative healing of the mind, body, and spirit. As a licensed psychotherapist in the Mt. Washington Valley, she specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, grief, and stress reduction. Diane has been a student of Zen and a member of a spiritual community for over 20 years.

Through her practice and daily life, she has studied the intimate connections between the mind, emotions, and the body. Diane strives to be a model of health and healing and is committed to the process of self-exploration and self-development. She has established a reputation for creating an accepting environment with an approach that is sensitive, respectful, and empowering.  She has been in private practice for 30 years with clinical experience. Diane loves the outdoors, kayaking, hiking, and cross-country skiing with friends. She loves her pets and is an avid gardener.

In addition to seeing individuals, Diane teaches classes in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
